Travessa
Travessa is a small residential building on the site of an old Lisbon print works. The site had to sell the feeling of the place and answer the practical questions buyers ask before they book a visit.

Twenty-one homes, one page that sells the light
Off-plan buyers can't walk through the finished building yet. They need to see the light, the materials and the street, and they need straight answers on price, availability and payments. Many of them buy from abroad, so the site does the first visit for them.
We built the page around large daylight photography and a wide grotesk headline. Availability is a full-screen axonometric model of the building you can turn, with the price list floating over it: hover a home in the model or the list and the floors above lift away to show it. The homes open as an accordion, the materials scroll past a pinned image, and a site diary shows how far construction has got. The page ends with a viewing form where buyers pick a day.
